President Trump … A  flawed President?

Yes! President Trump is certainly flawed.  He is a human being. Human beings are flawed. However, since history has shown us that flawed individuals can do great things, I think he is in pretty good company!

Aren’t we constantly being told just how “flawed” the Founding Fathers were? In addition, we certainly know former presidents George W. Bush, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama had their flaws. I am sure Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Al Franken each have their own flaws.  Furthermore, from a biblical perspective, flawed people comprise most of the really important characters!

If all the mass media can do is point out people’s flaws, what important function do they now fill?  Maybe they have become the enemy of the American people. A Free Press is certainly important to a healthy Democracy, but you could make a very strong case that, with a few exceptions, we no longer have a free press. In fact, it has surrendered itself to a progressive ideology that leaves no room for discussion or dissent.

President Trumps Accomplishments?

President Trump might not do well  if we judge him only on his tweeting habits. I can’t argue with that.  However, Donald Trump is doing  a good job with the economy, jobs, and foreign affairs! There is obviously still lots more to do.

People in Glass Houses Should Not Throw Stones

President Trump has a tough uphill battle. The swamp is fighting back. The alligators are circling.

Despite the lack of any evidence, Democrats won’t give up on the “Russian Collusion” charge. It seems almost suicidal on their part. The more they investigate, the more we find out about possible Obama administration criminality.   Congress subpoenaed Susan Rice, John Brennan and Samantha Power to testify about spying on Americans, unmasking names and criminal leaking classified information. The Russia investigation  may end up hurting the Democrats much more than President Trump.

Democrats will continue to resist and obstruct to the point of damaging themselves politically, while President Trump keeps pushing forward with key campaign promises. Of course, you will rarely hear mention of that in the “free press.”
