Judy Guion published a post on her blog, “Greatest Generation” Life Lessons, that really struck a chord with me. The bullying that goes on today has reached epic proportions. In fact, today we have a new special breed of bullies! We have adults, people who are supposedly intelligent and rational, people who are supposedly journalists, bullying high school students because the students were wearing MAGA hats.

Such action by bullies is not politics as usual!

Remember the pink vagina hats? Some may have joked about them a bit. However, I do not remember conservative journalists or conservative leaders treating protesters wearing pink vagina hats in the same horrible manner.

Furthermore, I remember no comparable news coverage of things such as death threats, offers for sexual favors for anyone who punched one of those high school kids in the face, wishes for a school shooting at Covington High School, or statements that all these kids should be locked in the school while it is burned to the ground. The list goes on and on. Believe me! With the media these days, if there were similar statements from conservatives – we would have definitely heard about them.

Social Media has created a “safe place” for bullies!

Do you people even hear yourselves! This is not the America I know. These are either the rantings of spoiled rotten little children or truly evil people. You choose! Bullying is wrong in any way, shape or form … and for me, you do not get a pass just because you are a member of the press, a Hollywood elitist club, or a member of the “Democrat resistance”.

In my 35 + years of studying and teaching martial arts, I have learned a thing or two and one is that there is only one effective way to deal with a bully. And, it’s not appeasement. In fact, appeasement only makes things worse for the one being bullied while at the same time, reinforcing the bully’s behavior.

These bullies need to be stopped. It is time for real Americans to stand up and say, “No more.” I am glad to see the Attorney General of Kentucky investigating and pursuing legal action against some of these media and cyber bullies. In addition, I hope Covington High School sues the hell out of anyone involved.

It is high time Americans start to “resist” the idiots in this Democrat resistance! This is just another form of terrorism! I do know not all Democrats are involved or support this kind of behavior. You need to speak up to! This needs to stop on both sides.

If this is to be a truthful account of my boyhood, I now come to an incident of which I am heartily ashamed.  It happened early in my grammar school days.  I was rather a reserved quiet type who did not enter readily into the rougher sports and for that reason was not generally popular.  There was an aggressive, rather bullying type of youngster, taller and heavier than I, who evidently took a dislike to me and made things rather rough.
